KENT (VICE CAPTAIN)
Based in South East London most of his life and a member of Blackheath CC since 1968. He is a left hand bat and slow (pushing it a bit to call it spin!) left arm bowler. Captained the club when winning both the National Club Championship (1971) and Kent Premier League (1984). Toured Australia in 2003 with the Club Cricket Conference. Since early retirement from oil company Shell, cricket has dominated recent years (as his wife Jo and daughters Laura and Claire will confirm). Player with the Kent 50+ and 60+ teams in their National competitions and also Chairman of the Kent Cricket Board, Deputy Chair of the Kent League and Development Officer for Greenwich District, organising schools coaching and talent ID in the area as well as running the junior section at Blackheath CC.
