Left handed batsman/wicket keeper, Captain of Kent Over 60s and playing regular Kent League Div 2 2nd XI cricket each weekend for Old Colfeians. Currently Chairman of the Kent League. Played his first adult cricket match in 1966 for Old Colfeians before spells with Bexleyheath, where he was their leading run scorer in the South Thames League, and Old Alleynians in the Surrey Championship before returning to Old Colfeians in 2000. Ex pupil of Dulwich College where he was Captain of Cricket for 2 years, also played for Surrey Young Cricketers where team mates included future England Internationals Alan Butcher and David Smith. This caused a reality check to seek a proper job. Hence recently retired Chartered Management Accountant after 30 years in the Electricity Supply Industry working for a multinational High Voltage Cable Manufacturer and Installer.
