Mark Banham

WILTSHIRE

A seam bowler and middle order batsman, Mark came up through the Warwickshire youth system and then spent 35 years Army service in the Airborne Artillery during which he played cricket for the Army and Combined Services. Apart from the numerous breaks for operations he played a lot of sport: including skippering the UK Armed Forces against Denmark, Germany and Holland. He is chairman of and plays league cricket for Devizes CC in Wiltshire. Mark also still plays league hockey and has played hockey up to England Masters level.
